Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any part of the Glimpss platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use Glimpss.

If you are using Glimpss on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms, and “you” refers to that entity.

Glimpss is a Reddit intelligence platform that surfaces publicly available Reddit discussions matching your configured keywords and subreddits. It provides intent scoring, engagement timing context, subreddit safety cues, and tools to assist with drafting replies.

The following limitations apply to the nature of our service:

• Glimpss does not guarantee that surfaced threads will result in business leads, sales, or any specific commercial outcome. Results depend on your industry, offer, engagement quality, and many factors outside our control.
• Glimpss does not guarantee conversion rates, click-through rates, or any measurable return on investment.
• Glimpss does not automate, schedule, or publish any content to Reddit on your behalf. All posting is manual and under your direct control.
• Glimpss processes only publicly available Reddit content. It does not access private messages or non-public subreddits.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current information during registration.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share your login with others.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Be at least 18 years of age to use the platform.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.

Glimpss is designed to help you find and engage authentically with relevant Reddit conversations. You agree not to use Glimpss to:

• Automate Reddit interactions of any kind, including automated posting, voting, or account creation.
• Spam Reddit users, flood threads, or send unsolicited commercial messages.
• Harass, impersonate, threaten, or deceive Reddit users or third parties.
• Violate Reddit's Terms of Service, Content Policy, or the rules of any subreddit.
• Use Glimpss to target individuals for unwanted outreach or personal data collection.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Glimpss platform itself.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm Glimpss, its users, or third parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we determine, at our reasonable discretion, are in violation of these acceptable use standards.

Glimpss uses artificial intelligence to generate draft reply suggestions. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• AI-generated drafts are suggestions only. They are not guaranteed to be accurate, appropriate, complete, or free from errors.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before you post it to Reddit or any other platform.
• Glimpss is not responsible for any consequences arising from content you post, including account suspensions, community bans, reputational damage, or business outcomes.
• You must ensure that any content you post complies with the rules of the subreddit you are posting in and Reddit's platform-wide policies.

Access to Glimpss features beyond the free trial requires an active paid subscription.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout. All billing is processed securely through Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that date.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing or plan features. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice of any price increase before it takes effect.
• If a payment fails, we may downgrade or suspend your access until the outstanding amount is resolved.

New accounts may be eligible for a free trial period as described at the time of registration. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, access to paid features is paused until a subscription is activated. Trial eligibility and duration may change at our discretion.

All Glimpss platform code, interface design, product features, and original content are the intellectual property of Glimpss and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any part of the platform.

You retain ownership of any content you create using Glimpss, including drafts you write or edit. You grant Glimpss a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store that content solely as necessary to provide the service to you.

Glimpss is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
• Opportunity scores, intent labels, or safety cues will be accurate or complete.
• AI-generated draft suggestions will be suitable for your specific use case.
• Using Glimpss will result in any particular business outcome.

Your use of Glimpss and any engagement you make on Reddit is entirely at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Glimpss and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
• Loss of data or goodwill.
• Reddit account suspensions or bans resulting from your posted content.
• Any harm arising from your use of AI-generated draft suggestions.

In all cases, our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of Glimpss shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us during the 12-month period preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Glimpss and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Glimpss platform.
• Any content you post to Reddit or any other platform using or inspired by Glimpss.
• Your violation of these Terms of Service.
• Your violation of any applicable law, Reddit policy, or third-party rights.

Either party may terminate the relationship under these terms at any time.

• You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@glimpss.com. Cancellation ends your subscription at the close of the current billing period.
• We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we determine, at our reasonable discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in abusive or illegal activity, or posed a risk to other users or to the integrity of the platform.

Upon termination, your access to the platform ends. Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Glimpss after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
